THE PURPOSE AND MISSION OF THE FOUNDATION IS TO SUPPORT CONTINUAL IMPROVEMENT IN ALL AREAS OF AVIATION BY RECOGNIZING SIGNIFICANT ACHIEVEMENTS BY INDIVIDUALS OR GROUPS, GRANTING SCHOLARSHIPS TO HIGH PERFORMING STUDENTS WHO ARE FUTURE LEADERS OF THE AVIATION INDUSTRY AND SUCH OTHER ACTIVITIES AS THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS MAY DECIDE.

The mission of the (RBB) is to provide and promote fellowship and networking opportunities for the Bear and LGBTQ community and to raise funds for local non-profits who assist the general public. Additionally, the RBB also raises money to award scholarships to local high school students who demonstrate commitment to the LGBTQ community and demonstrates respect and inclusion.

PROVIDE STUDENTS IN and NEW CASTLE COUNTY AREA WITH ACADEMIC AND VOCATIONAL SCHOLARSHIPS

Elevating the field nursing while assisting the community through health promotion, disease prevention, membership development, mentoring, recruitment, retention and scholarships in the nursing field.

RAISE FUNDS FOR SCHOLARSHIPS AND CONTRIBUTIONS TO CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS

TO SERVE VETERANS AND THEIR FAMILIES, PROMOTE GOOD WILL WITHIN THE COMMUNITY, OFFER SCHOLARSHIPS TO FURTHER EDUCATION, AND DONATE TO ORGANIZATIONS WITHIN THE COMMUNITY. TO PROVIDE A MEETING PLACE FOR MEMBERS AND PAST MEMEBERS OF THE MILITARY.

PROVIDED 1 SCHOLARSHIPS TO STUDENTS ENROLLED IN A CONSTRUCTION RELATED FIELD

We provide financial assistance to families of Police Officers that pass away while active duty but not in line of duty. Such as cancer, heart attacks and accidents. We also help support scholarships for children of Law Enforcement Officers.

THIS EVENT WILL HELP TO SUPPORT CHARITIES IN THE COMMUNITY, IN PARTICULAR THE LEUKEMIA RESEARCH OF DELAWARE TO PROVIDE DELAWARE BOYS AND GIRLS HIGH SCHOOL BASKETBALL TEAMS A TRULY GREAT EXPERIENCE BY BRINGING IN HIGHLY COMPETITIVE BASKETBALL TEAMS FOR TOURNAMENT PLAY, BUT ALSO PRIVDING THE OPPORTUNITY BY WORKING OT GIVE BACK TO THE COMMUNITY WE SERVE TO GIVE THESE PLAYERS A LIFE CHANGING EXPERIENCE BY WORKING WITH THE CHARITIES WE SUPPORT TO PROVIDE SCHOLARSHIP ASSISTANCE TO SCHOOLS IN DELAWARE TO HELP FACILITATE HIGHER EDUCATION OPPORTUNITIES FOR STUDENT ATHLETES TO ASSIST WITH FEEDING THE POOR WITH OUR ANNUAL FOOD DRIVE TO HIGHLIGHT DELAWARE TO ALL VISITORS IN THE EVENT
