Grants of up to $36,000 to USA individual painters and groups of painters over the age of 45 who need financial assistance. The goal of this program is to support the creation of American art and to support American artists who have not been shown fitting recognition. In addition to the cash grant, the award also includes an exhibition at PAAM. The review criteria for the grant are artistic quality, creative ability as evidenced by images of work submitted, and financial need.

In-kind grants of new children's books to USA public and tribal libraries in rural areas. The purpose of the project is to increase access to quality children's books. Residents will receive a monthly stipend, free firing, studio space, opportunities to teach and exhibit work, and professional development options. Scholarships to USA juniors at accredited colleges and universities to pursue careers in the field of public service. The goal of the program is to create the next generation of leaders and community builders. Funding is intended for applicants with demonstrated financial need. Scholarship recipients will receive financial aid for college, a stipend and housing for summer work-travel experience, and a ten-year travel stipend. Additionally, students will receive invitations to an annual summit and an ongoing speaker series, giving them access to a network of leaders.

Award of $2,000 to a USA audiologist or speech-language pathologist to recognize outstanding accomplishments. Funding will be awarded for outstanding service in PreK-12 schools. Applicants should demonstrate how their activities have had a positive and significant impact in their field within a school setting.

Award to a USA, Canada, or International individual to recognize outstanding contributions to communication sciences. The purpose of this program is to honor an individual who has enhanced the quality of clinical care in speech-language pathology and/or audiology. The lifetime contribution may have been in clinical service, supervision or administration of clinical service, clinical research, or any other activity that has promoted clinical excellence. The Frank R. Kleffner Lifetime Clinical Career Award recognizes an individual’s outstanding contributions to communication sciences and disorders over a period of at least 20 years.

Grants of up to $60,000 to USA and US Virgin Islands faculty and staff affiliated with HBCUs for humanities research projects. Applicants must create or verify the required registrations prior to applying. The purpose of this program is to support late-translational studies. Preference will be given to research projects that will likely result in the initiation of a clinical trial in two to three years from the start of the project, by, for example, completing IND-enabling studies, providing requisite preclinical data for clinical trial development, or perhaps through the validation of biomarkers that will enable selection of the correct patients for entry into new clinical trials.

Funding is intended for research addressing SAS as it pertains to sleep, behavior, speech and language, and global developmental delays.

Funding is intended to assist cancer survivors in building their families through adoption, fertility treatments, or surrogacy. Applicants must have a clear plan of action before applying.

Grants to USA dairy processors and brands in multiple states to support the growth of the local industry. Applicants are advised that the required registrations must be completed prior to applying. Funding is intended to initiate or expand the practice of co-packing. Grants are available to applicants in all 11 Northeast states served by NE-DBIC: Connecticut, Delaware, Maine, Massachusetts, Maryland, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, and Vermont.

Fellowships to USA, Canada, and International early career researchers at IHEs and research organizations to investigate the impact of AI on scientific research. Funding is intended for projects to help understand the impact that AI has already had and continues to have on the scientific research landscape.
