Program Reporting and Evaluation:Grant Awardees submit program reports three times throughout the program cycle, and receive evaluations at each point, which can include recommendations to address program challenges. The evaluation services provided by our university partners help to identify program outcomes and areas that may need addressed. After receiving the evaluation, Grant Awardees may also be required to submit action plans and progress reports to ensure they meet program goals by year-end. Grant Awardees have access to Foundation staff and university partners to provide program assistance.
