In-kind grants to USA, Canada, and International K-12 schools and institutions of higher education to implement a student recruitment platform. Funding is intended for software licensing, cloud hosting, support, and professional services costs associated with implementing of the CRM platform.

Campus Consortium is proud to provide the first ever Student Recruiting CRM Grant to educational institutions interested in implementing a complete student recruitment platform designed to help higher education institutions in automating their entire student recruitment process. It helps in improving overall communication to engage students, derive meaningful insights, and simplify other admin tasks.

Estimated Size of Grant:

The Student Recruiting CRM Grant provides selected institutions an in-kind grant of software and services award up to $150,000 over a period of five years. The Grant is intended at covering cost towards licensing, hosting, professional services, and support costs associated with the implementation of the CRM platform.

Term of Contract:

- The grant covers the platform over a period of five years.
- Project Kick-Off by February 24, 2020

Additional Eligibility Criteria:

K-12 Schools and Accredited Institutions of Higher Education are eligible to apply.

Previous awardees are eligible. Separate applications are required for each grant pursued.

Preference will be given to applications who have a letter of recommendation from a previous grant awardee.

Pre-Application Information:

- Grant application due date: December 27, 2019, 5:00 PM CT
- Applications reviewed by Grant Consideration Committee: December 27 – Januaryr 3, 2019
- Applicant Interview Assessment with Grant Application Review Committee Member by: January 13, 2020
- Scope and Project review by Grant Consideration Committee: January 13 – January 20, 2020
- Applicant Technical Assessment Session with Technology Vendor by: January 27, 2020
- Award Announcement to selected Grant Recipients by: February 3, 2020
- Award Package Issued to selected Grant Recipients by: February 3, 2020
- Award Package walk-through and Grant recipient sign-off by: February 10, 2020
- Project Kick-Off by: February 24, 2020

For swift implementation, applicants are required to demonstrate institutional purpose in the form of a “letter of intent” signed by Dean/President or member of campus leadership team. The letter should ideally indicate problems the solution aims to solve, and why the Grant would be a helpful solution for the institution.
